The rotary rotary table is driven by torque motors and integrated along the X-axis – ideally designed for fast simultaneous 5-axis milling as well as for high-precision 5-axis milling with positioning. Riveting double machine BalTec RND081-RC3
RND machines are supplied as a complete workstation: two riveting machines assembled on one frame (bench model: RND 081 – RND 231, stand-alone workstation: RND 281 – RND 331). The riveting units can be moved to both sides. Simultaneous riveting is possible. The RC-30 time control system serves both riveting units simultaneously. The machines also include two-hand start options including a safety relay.
