What is the ZMM CU325 Lathe?
The technical specifications and rigidity of the CU325 lathe, along with a wide range of spindle speeds and feed rates, allow for the full utilization of advanced cutting tools for machining various materials.
The electrical system of the CU325 lathe is manufactured by the German company “Schneider Electric.” The spindle assembly uses bearings and installation schemes exclusively from leading manufacturers SKF and FAG.
For an additional cost, the CU325 lathe can be equipped with a taper attachment, enabling the cutting of tapered threads and turning of cones, as well as a digital read-out (DRO) system.
Taper Attachment (Bulgaria). All components of the CU325 lathe are made from high-quality steel, ensuring reliable operation and maintaining machining accuracy over many years.
Warranty: 1 year.
Service and warranty maintenance are provided by Ukrainian specialists.
Operating Principle and Design Features of the Lathe
The universal CU325 lathe is equipped with 12 spindle speed settings.
The CU325 lathe can be configured for cutting metric, inch, modular, and pitch threads, as indicated on the machine’s front plate.
The spindle system, gear transmissions, and other mechanisms in the gearbox are lubricated by splash lubrication. Other surfaces are lubricated manually.
