Programming is simple and user-friendly.
The machine is equipped with a 12-inch color touch screen monitor. It is possible to network the machines
and download programs to a PC or server.
Automation
The AF100 plus offers a variety of automation solutions that can be adapted to any application, ranging from
flexible production from small batches to large volumes
production with autonomy from 12 to 24 hours:
– Semi-automatic loader – AF10, AF12;
– Drum loader – AF20;
– Universal loader, vibratory feeder, magazine and many different conveyors.
The AF100 plus option offers 3 deburring methods:
- With 2 burners set to cut in opposite directions (optional, motorized Y axis);
- Deburring on the X-minus axis, cutting on both sides of the workpiece with one burner;
- AF52 deburring device.
More options: adjustable cooling systems, oil, oil mist, coolant, chip conveyor with filtration, collet chuck, dry cutting, peeling.
