The Henninger centre grinding machines of the ZS 100 series are designed especially for workpieces with small centres and weight up to 100 kg. Due to the high speed of up to 40.000 min-1, centres with a diameter between 0.5 – 58 mm can be processed into perfection.
The micrometre adjustment allows the centre to be deliberately moved to a new position. The centres can be ground both with a stationary or rotating workpiece. The aim, as with all centre grinding machines, is to achieve a round centre of the highest quality.
The workpieces are machined vertically on the ZS 100 series and can weigh up to 100 kg and be 1160 mm long. The maximum clamping range is 100 mm.
The centre grindinig machines of the ZS 100 series are manually operated, and offer options such as workpiece drive, pneumatic quick lift-up and dust extraction.
