Riveting double machine BalTec RND081-RC3
RND machines are supplied as a complete workstation: two riveting machines assembled on one frame (bench model: RND 081 – RND 231, stand-alone workstation: RND 281 – RND 331). The riveting units can be moved to both sides. Simultaneous riveting is possible. The RC-30 time control system serves both riveting units simultaneously. The machines also include two-hand start options including a safety relay.

These RNR riveting machines are complete workstations and include: column and riser, electric rotary indexing table with 6 stations (optionally with 4), protective cover, two-hand buttons including safety relay or knife pedal, with pneumatic ejection of riveted parts on request, standard pneumatics and work lamp.
Riveting machines of the rack type BalTec RNS181-RC3
RNS machines are supplied as a complete workstation specially designed for high or long parts. The work table is adjustable, while the riveting unit remains stationary. The delivery includes a stable cast column and table, as well as a two-hand start button including a safety relay. The RNS 081 – RNS 331 machines include a standard pneumatic package. The RNS 381 – RNS 481 machines include a standard hydraulic package.
Bench riveting machines BalTec RN281-HPP
The BalTec radial system is the most advanced riveting system in the world. There is currently no comparable technology that would allow for the high-quality connection obtained with the BalTec radial system.
The RN and EN riveting machines are complete workstations with a stable cast column and table, a two-hand start button including a safety relay, height and clamp adjustment, the RN 081 – RN 331 and EN machines include a standard pneumatic package, the RN 381 includes a standard hydraulic work lamp. The RN machines are designed for radial riveting, the EN for orbital riveting.
